We’re honored to have the opportunity to serve our friends from all over Africa, and we’d love for you to help us serve in the following ways:

1. Be the Hands and Feet of Jesus

As our friends celebrate their African heritage, please consider helping by:

• Setting up the venue and beautiful decorations (11:00am – 1:30pm)
• Prepping and serving authentic African food (1:30pm – 4:00pm)
• Checking-in students (1:30pm – 2:30pm)
• Serving as a Table Host (1:30pm – 5:00pm)
• Helping with AV  – including Sound Management and Photography
• Cleaning up after the fun is done (6:00pm – 7:30pm)

Note: Due to limited capacity in the venue, we ask that only table hosts and those who sign up to serve food should stay DURING the event. The set up, registration, and clean up crews should only stay for their appointed serving times.

2. Provide Prizes or Food:

We are in need of several prizes and food items in order to make this a successful event. View our full wish list on Amazon by clicking here.

Major Needs include:

• African snacks: e.g plantain chips, chin chin, peanuts, etc from Saraga.
